Creative- This is anything to do with design. Classes will be based on Themes however examples would be

  • Arts and Crafts

  • Creating sensory pieces

  • Interior Design

  • Creating props for a play/ theatre

Sensory- There are different Sensory Activities- Classes will be based on Themes however examples would be

  • Sand play

  • Timer creation

  • Personalised sensory walls

  • DIY aquarium

  • Smells wall

  • Sorting

Gardening- We are big on the impact we have on the environment

  • Learning how plants work

  • Feeding

  • Growing

  • Building materials to support and develop growth

  • Biology

  • Building on fine motor neurone skills

Yoga/ Mindfulness - We have our own in-house yoga tutor with a background in psychology and behavioural studies all of which she combines in her teachings

Discussion Group- Classes will be based on Themes however examples would be

  • Current News

  • Factors that affect the group

  • Life Skills

  • Planning next steps

  • Goals and how to achieve them

Cooking- We have an in-house Café with a trained chef who will be supporting the class to make a new dish weekly. Chef will be adhering to current legislation in regard to Covid-19. Social distancing still applies, PPE available, individual dishes only, minimising the risk of infection at all times, and where applicable disposable use of utensils.

Themed Computer Time- This is eared achieving a goal through the use of technology

  • To raise level of awareness and improve attention span

  • Develop hand eye coordination.

Keep Fit/ Healthy living- Classes will be based on Themes however examples would be

  • Jogging

  • Walking

  • Riding

  • Understanding diet

  • Healthy lifestyle choices

  • Limiting risks to certain long-term diseases
