Brighter Futures Project supports people with learning disabilities, including individuals with complex needs, who may benefit from developing life skills, vocational skills, social opportunities and leisure interests.

A manager will contact you to arrange an assessment. Once the assessment is complete, a proposal is sent to the Local Authority or fee payer if the service is being privately funded. If the proposal is approved, a start date is then agreed.

Yes. Simply email the team to arrange a visit.

The minimum attendance is one day.

Yes. Costs depend on the individual’s needs. Funding is usually provided through the Adult Social Care team, NHS, or privately.
